To provide Benchmark Level of service in the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles.  Quality of work will be consistent and be performed as quickly as possible, knowing that the loss of the customer’s vehicle, be it truck, van, car, etc., may be more than an inconvenience and likely a loss of revenue/income.  Pricing of repair will be value based and never on what the market will bear.  Krehel Auto will monitor the needs of your vehicle/fleet and advise and repair only what is needed and when using the finest parts available.

To provide Benchmark Level of service in response to winter weather.  Service will be timely efficient and proactive when possible.  We will strive for the best service humanly possible and reasonably affordable.  Our goal to a customer call following a storm is to be onsite within 15 minutes (traffic permitting).  We will only take in enough contracted work that can be handled in the worst of weather and never run out of vehicles, personnel or deicer for our contracted customers.  Peace of mind will accompany all SnowBuster contracts.
